When crossing over romantic footbridges brings you to the Pointe Santo's clubhouse, pool and hot tub. Wonderful mature Royal Palms offer you a shady spot to sit and relax 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - 4th floor penthouse condo with a private sundeck. The condo is nicely furnished and has a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer, and screened in porch, which has a spiral staircase that takes you up onto a roof top sundeck. The bedding is a king in the master, two twins in the guest, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 televisions and 1 VCR. The condo sleeps 6 and is non-smoking. This unit has new carpet and paint 12/06.
